As a result, House Calls has seen a 104% increase in their referral volume from 6,462 referrals in 2022 to 13,151 referrals in 2023.
House Calls can now process and manage more referrals through the various integrations and centralized referral workflow in ReferralMD. As a result, House Calls has decreased their average time to complete referrals by 42% from 9.4 days in 2022 to 5.5 days in 2023.
