Can ReferralMD tell me how long each referral takes?

Service Level report shows the average time referrals stay in each phase of the workflow and calculates the following metrics for the practice and per provider:

• Process Time: the time between referral receipt and when staff schedules appointment with the patient
• Wait Time: the time between referral receipt and patient’s appointment date
• Report Time: the time between appointment date and when consult report is sent to the referring provider
