SAN FRANCISCO (11/29/2017) – ReferralMD is proud to announce a partnership with Ocala Eye of North Central Florida.  Ocala Eye has implemented ReferralMD’s leading enterprise referral management platform in order to automate their manual referral process for coordinators, providers, call center, and patients.  

With ReferralMD,  Ocala Eye can now track referral volume with sales activity and monitor their patients in a centralized referral queue in a more standardized fashion across locations.  With ReferralMD, Ocala eye has achieved lower patient wait times, provides regular feedback to referring providers, and prevents lost referrals.

Ocala Eye previously managed all their referrals manually, via fax and tracked on spreadsheets. The process was very manual starting with a referral coordinator and ending with the call center contacting the patient.
