SRM was looking to transition away from Salesforce and find a system to better help them track their physician outreach efforts as well as their patient inbound referrals.
ReferralMD has helped SRM achieve both objectives as well as correlate the physician outreach with how many patient referrals they received from each physician.
What features of ReferralMD does SRM use?

- By utilizing ReferralMD’s custom workflow statuses, the SRM team has been able to stay on top of every step of the referral management and patient care process.

ReferralMD was able to load SRM’s legacy data from Salesforce. Currently, SRM is utilizing RMD as a standalone solution as we work through the integration with their EHR, Mellowood.
